How often do you really think about your job title? Given how various titles can often describe the same role across different organizations, many job seekers do not stop to think about how important their job title truly is in the grand scheme of things. Human resources managers tend to focus on your job titles. Your title helps tell your story and lets the potential employer know what it is that you did and what level you are at in your career.
